Here at ‘Jenny Austen Lettings’ we offer a professional individual service tailored to suit your requirements. Our experience along with our knowledge of current legislation enables us to provide you with the confident fresh approach to letting your property.

Our services are flexible offering you an option for both managed and unmanaged tenancies. Initially, we would need to provide you with a rental valuation of the property and this is offered with no obligation or fee.

Once we have established the value and you confirm our instruction, we start our comprehensive search to finding you the right tenant. This search includes quality particulars to include floorplans and colour photographs. We use the local press and well known property portals to expose your property to as many tenants as possible.

All potential tenants are accompanied to view the property and are then referenced through a recognised organisation.

The Tenancy Agreement, which complies with current legislation, can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Property Management
• Lodge the deposit with a recognised Deposit Scheme.
• Ensures all statutory certificates are obtained and renewed.
• Deal with all the tenant’s queries and minor repairs.
• Notify the necessary authorities and utility companies.
• Inspect the property twice a year and report on the condition to yourselves.
• Transfer monthly payments to the landlords and provide you with a combined invoice and statement.
• Upon termination of the tenancy we inspect the property and provide a full condition report to both landlords and tenants.

Non Managed Let
• If you prefer to manage the property yourselves we provide an unmanaged service to include:
• Prepare a Tenancy Agreement & Inventory
• Lodge the deposit with a recognised Deposit Scheme
